Our Story
The establishment of Kam’s Roast Goose (KRG) is to commemorate our beloved late grandfather, Mr. Kam Shui Fai and father, Mr. Kam Kinsen Kwan Sing. In 1942, our grandfather started Yung Kee Restaurant which later became a successful and internationally acclaimed restaurant. Their self-motivation, hardworking and eager to be challenged behaviours enabled them to achieve outstanding success in the culinary world. We are very proud of their accomplishments and they have given us great inspiration to carry on the Kam family’s legacy.

As the third generation, KRG's mission is to provide a memorable dining experience to every guest, every time with impeccable food and services in a warm and family oriented environment. We are committed to follow these principles and values passed down to us from one generation to the next.
